This error message can occur when the Nod32 Anti-virus is installed on your computer.
To solve this issue you need to exclude the AvaTrader directory from the nod32 software by following the next three steps:
1. Locate the nod32 icon on the Taskbar
2. Left click on the nod32 icon located on the Taskbar
3. Click on Setup option on the left side.

4.go down to the bottom of the nod32 window and check if its set on "advanced mode".
5.click on the "Antivirus and antispyware protection" button.
6.go to "edit exclusions' and click "add".
7. In the Browse for Folder window, locate the AvaTrader dir (default location is: c:\Program Files\AVAFX) choose the directory and then press ok.
8.in the “setup” you will see the directory chosen, then press OK and close the nod32.
9.Now open the AvaTrader platform and try to login again.
