This error message can occur when the Nod32 Anti-virus is installed on your computer.
To solve this issue you need to exclude the AvaTrader directory from the nod32 software
1. Locate the nod32 icon on the Taskbar
2. Left click on the nod32 icon located on the Taskbar
3. Click on Setup option on the left side.

4. Go down to the bottom of the nod32 window and toggle to "advanced mode".
5. Go to "edit exclusions' and click "add".
6. In the Browse for Folder window, locate the AvaTrader directory (default location is: c:\Program Files\AvaTrader) choose the directory and then press ok
7. In the “setup” you will see the directory chosen, then press OK
Now open the AvaTrader platform
